The tourist office of Yecla recommends various properties categorized as “rural” which can be rented in the countryside around the town, including one right in the old town centre to others located at varying distances.
All of these properties are fully restored but preserve the details that make them unique. All are easily accessible by car and perfect for getting into Yecla or exploring the vast countryside of the Altiplano in northern Murcia.
Casa Rural Las 9 Candelas
A traditional house located in the centre of Yecla, decorated with original antique furniture, this is an ideal house for travellers and visitors who prefer to be as close as possible to the leisure, shopping and cultural areas of the city. Nice and cool in the summer and very comfortable in winter, with underfloor heating that will make you feel at home!

Casa Rural Rectoría de Raspay
Located almost exactly on the boundary between the Region of Murcia and the province of Alicante in the popular village of Raspay, the old rectory is a traditional building on two floors.
The ground floor has one double and one twin bedroom, a bathroom suitable for the disabled, a living/dining room, a kitchen and an interior terrace.
Upstairs is another living room with balconies looking out over the village square and two more bedrooms, one double and one twin.
Outside there is a jacuzzi for up to 8 people.

Casa Máxima
The Casa Máxima is a fully renovated 100-year-old cottage which has been renovated with spacious facilities such as a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and spacious rooms as well as a patio with barbecue. Its rooms make it a comfortable place to stay for a few days.

Very spacious at 140 square metres, the house has 3 large bedrooms, a living-room with fireplace, dining-room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The large outdoor patio boasts a barbecue and swimming pool.
The heating system uses biomass and the watering of the garden is achieved with a natural purification system.
Full wifi access and close to the vineyards, cereal fields and olive groves of Yecla as well as the mountains of Sierra de Salinas, Sierra del Serral and Sierra del Carche.

El Olivar de las Pepinas
El Olivar de las Pepinas is a 100-year-old shepherd’s house just 2 kilometres from the town of Yecla and although it has been fully renovated and modernized it retains its original charm. The 20,000-square-metre plot is completely fenced and surrounded by 100-year-old olive trees, and a summer swimming pool has been added, providing a tranquil and intimate setting.

El Castillico
Located just 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre, “El Castillico” is a country house offering charming accommodation right down to the last detail. El Llano Quintanilla
This country house is located in peaceful surroundings and surrounded by vineyards. It has been carefully and completely renovated and modernized on eco-friendly guidelines. Heating is from a pellet stove and all aspects of the property are updates on traditional themes.
The property is divided into two houses. “El Aljibe” comfortably sleeps 4 (one double bedroom, one twin), while and “La Carrucha” boasts six bedrooms and can sleep up to 16.
The outdoor area in this large rural property includes a barbecue area.
