The Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort is an exclusive residential development of apartments and villas near Torre Pacheco, in the Region of Murcia’s Mar Menor area.It is one of the top lifestyle and real estate investment locations for property buyers on the Costa Cálida as it offers a range of high-quality new-build villas, bungalows and apartments.
Property on Santa Rosalía Resort
According to the developers, the architectural flow of all the homes on Santa Rosalía is a top priority in their design, helping to ensure that the properties maintain a fluid link between each other and with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscaped areas.
There are a mix of styles of properties on Santa Rosalía Lake & Life Resort, including apartments, townhouses and villas.

Rental prices are set to be around 3,500 euros per week for a villa in the summer high tourist season, while the cost to purchase a new home on the Resort starts from just 249,000 euros.
The communal areas all have low-consumption LED lighting installed as standard, which are controlled by solar timers, underscoring the Resort’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
For instance, one tree is planted for every new home built on the Resort, which has almost 4,000 native Mediterranean trees and plants, selected not only for their beauty but also their low water consumption and suitability for the local climate.

For recycling, the resort has its own waste separation system for collecting paper and cardboard, packaging and plastic, glass and other types of waste.
The Resort is also a very safe place for families, with security cameras located throughout the entire premises and round-the-clock access control to the community, ensuring that residents have the peace of mind of knowing their children, their belongings and their way of life are totally secure.
What to do near the Santa Rosalía Resort
The heart of the resort is the 16,000m2 Crystal Lagoon, plus 8,000m2 of white, sandy beach. Activities nearby include crazy golf, basketball, water sports, children’s playgrounds and more.
The lake has a closed-circuit system that purifies and reuses water, making it the most efficient such lake in the world, using up to 30 times less water than an 18-hole golf course and 100 times fewer chemicals than are used in conventional swimming pools.
Santa Rosalía Beach Club is the perfect venue to meet up for drinks, lunch or dinner, offering unbeatable views of the lake and beach from the chill-out terrace. Close to the Beach Club is the pier, where you can pick up a kayak or paddle surf to enjoy on the lake.
Surrounding the lake is La Reserva, a 124,000m2 garden filled with recreation areas for enjoying and maintaining an active lifestyle, taking part in activities such as yoga or pilates. The Resort also has more than five kilometres of paths and tracks for running and cycling.
