Andalucía weekend weather forecast May 22 to 25: Sunshine for most, but watch out for some Friday storms
Warm and mostly settled across the region, though a few showers may stir things up inland on Friday
Andalucía looks set for a warm and sunny spell this weekend, with only a few unsettled moments expected in the east. Temperatures will generally stay steady or rise slightly, especially along the Mediterranean coast. In the eastern inland provinces like Granada and Jaén, it may turn quite cloudy by the evening and there is a small chance of some light, isolated showers in the mountains. Temperatures will hold steady or begin to rise, especially in places like Málaga and Almeria. Light winds will shift west later in the day, with a moderate easterly breeze expected along the coast by nightfall.

Showers and thunderstorms could pop up in areas like Jaén and inland Granada, some of which may be heavy. These should ease off later in the day. Winds will be light inland but a bit stronger along the Mediterranean coast and in the Strait.

Expect clear skies through the afternoon with just a bit of cloud forming over the sierras. Daytime temperatures should climb slightly, especially around Córdoba and inland Cádiz. Winds remain light with a moderate easterly in the Strait.

Clear skies and sunshine are expected across the region, with just a few afternoon clouds in the mountains near Almeria and Jaén. Temperatures will continue to rise and it will feel pleasantly warm throughout the day. Winds will stay light inland, with a steady easterly breeze along the Strait of Gibraltar.
So, all in all a mostly sunny and pleasant weekend is in store for much of Andalucía, though Friday may bring a few surprise showers for inland eastern areas. Warmer weather is on the way, especially along the coast.
