Andalucía weekly weather forecast May 19-22: Mostly sunny skies with a rise in temperatures
Warm, settled weather returns to much of the region with just a hint of light rain in the east

Monday May 19

Much of Andalucía will enjoy bright, mostly sunny conditions, with some intervals of high cloud early in the day. Dust in the air may linger along the Mediterranean coast, particularly around Almería and Málaga, but should ease as the day goes on. Temperatures will remain steady in these coastal spots but drop elsewhere, especially in inland areas like Jaén and Granada, where daytime highs could feel noticeably cooler. Westerly winds will pick up during the afternoon, becoming moderate and at times strong around coastal areas including Cádiz and the Strait of Gibraltar.
Tuesday May 20

Tuesday brings another calm and largely clear day. Minimum temperatures will stay about the same overnight, but daytime highs will take a dip along the Mediterranean coastline while climbing slightly across the rest of the region. Inland cities like Córdoba and Seville can expect a warmer afternoon. Winds will remain light and from the north, keeping conditions pleasant across most areas.
Wednesday May 21

Clear skies will continue with a few daytime clouds developing over the mountain ranges. Temperatures will rise across the board, with places like Huelva and Granada enjoying increasingly summery conditions. Winds will stay light and variable, helping to keep things comfortable even as it warms up.
Thursday May 22

As we start heading towards the end of the week things look mostly sunny again, though some mid- and high-level cloud may build later in the day, particularly in the east. Light rain cannot be ruled out in the eastern sierras, such as around Almería and Granada. Minimum temperatures will rise slightly or remain stable, while maximums will edge upwards along the Mediterranean side, including in Málaga, but stay steady elsewhere. Winds will be light and variable throughout the day.
In all, it’s a week of gradually warmer and more settled weather for most of Andalucía, ideal for getting outdoors and enjoying the sunshine.
